The Bach Flower Remedies
The Bach Flower Remedy System was founded by Dr Bach in the 1930s as a safe, natural and effective way to promote and support better health, treating the causes of illness rather than just the symptoms. Working on an emotional level, the system promotes whole health – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Bach Flower Remedies are derived naturally from plants and flowers found in Great Britain: there are 38 remedies each corresponding to a feeling we experience. When we identify our negative feelings, we can use a relevant flower remedy (or combination of up to 7 remedies) to bring us back into the positive and alleviate the issues associated with the negative feeling. For example, Mimulus is for when we are anxious or afraid about something specific: taking the remedy helps us overcome our fear and face it with courage.
The remedies work on a vibrational level to help us restore inner peace and balance, thus enabling us to tap into our natural healing processes and achieve better physical health and mental wellbeing.
A beautiful complementary therapy, Bach Flower Remedies can be used by anyone - including children, babies, animals and plants - safely and without fear of side effects, overdosing or addiction*. Remedies are taken as tinctures using a dropper bottle to take drops on the tongue or in liquid such as water, tea, coffee.
