A 1-hour* session  to include provision of Reiki Energy and a pre- and post-discussion to discuss your needs and further support.

Bach Flower Remedy Consultation

A 1 hour consultation to discuss your situation and feelings, and select appropriate Bach Flower Remedies to create a personal remedy blend.

Reiki Balancing

A shorter session (30 mins) of Reiki Energy and discussion aimed to provide an energy ‘top up’ - great for a quick rebalance or energy boost!

Personal Remedy Blend

If you already know what flower remedies you require I am happy to make up a Remedy Bottle for you and post it to you!

Reiki Training
